Common questions
Is this a subscription, and how do I cancel?
Yes. A$29.95 is charged every month until you stop it. Cancel from Manage subscription in your account menu. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for — cancelling stops the next payment, it does not cut you off on the day. It is priced by the month, not by the year, so you only pay for the months you are actually using it.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your resumes, cover letters, applications and career report stay in your account, and you can read them and download them again if you come back. The paid tools stop; your work does not.
What if my goals change?
Use Update my goals on your report: your quiz answers are kept, we only re-ask the short warm-up, and the whole report is rewritten around the new direction. Each month includes three of these — each one rewrites the entire report, which is why they are counted. The report itself tells you how many you have left before you use one.
Can I re-take the Career Explorer?
Yes — your plan includes one full re-take a month (people change; it's worth re-testing). Updating your goals on an existing report doesn't count as a re-take, and you get three of those a month as well.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your answers power only your own results — nothing is sold to recruiters or shared with employers, and your test results never appear in your resume exports. Full details in plain language: our privacy page.

Log in (or create a free account), come back to this page, and enter it under "Have an access code?". It unlocks the same full access a purchase does, instantly.
